Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade

The downtown Portland arcade bar Ground Kontrol was my moc client for this 5-week branding exercise. I chose to capture the youthful excitement of a kid in the 80s with a sharp and colorful visual identity.

For this rebrand I had full creative control on how to unify their identity so I tied every element into the pixel art theme, including photostyles, illustrations, and type treatment.
